2021 Holiday Mini Sessions

Collaboration with MiiX Interior & Events and Ginny(Jinni)

Let us introduce to you these 2 joyful holiday sets, bright red with a warm modern touch, put together by Iris and MiiX Interior & Events. After the kickoff of our 1st season of Christmas Minis that just got sold out awhile ago, we got invited to join force with them on this joyful ride. All the sessions will take place on December 11th Saturday in their private residence studio in Richmond.

The sessions are great for solos, couples, kids, grandparents, friends, influencers, families, and pets!

COVID-19 precautions will take place and your cooperation would be required and appreciated; sanitization will be done between sessions.

Special thanks to Ginny, Jacqueline, Tiffany, and the fur babies (Barkley, Rosong, Elsa, and Toro).

  1. Luxury Pack $695 + GST

    • 30-minute photo session

    • Up to 2 participants

    • Choice of 25 basic photos OR 10 retouched photos

    • Images will be print-ready high-res JPEG and delivered via a downloadable link

    • You get to use 2 sets (3 looks: day time + night time looks of the Red Christmas set, and Rustic Joy)

  2. Elegance Pack $395 + GST

    • 20-minute photo session

    • Up to 2 participants

    • Choice of 12 basic photos OR 5 retouched photos

    • Images will be print-ready high-res JPEG and delivered via a downloadable link

    • You get to use both sets (2 looks: Red Christmas & Rustic Joy)

  3. Simplicity Pack $225 + GST

    • 15-minute photo session

    • Up to 2 participants

    • 5 basic photos of your choice

    • Images will be print-ready high-res JPEG and delivered via a downloadable link

Add-on

  • Additional participant (adult, kid, or pet) $20/each

FAQ

  1. If I have 4 people including myself, how does it work?

    • All of the packages include up to 2 participants, you will need to add 2 additional participants at the price of $20/each of which comes to $42 after tax.

  2. How many participants does each session take?

    • The maximum is 6 participants. We can probably do up to 7~8 but shoot us an email to inquire.

  3. What is the difference between BASIC PHOTO & RETOUCHED PHOTO?

    • Basic photos are colour-corrected, polished and enhanced.

    • Retouched photos are beautified with skin softening, teeth whitening, body/face slimming and reshaping, blemish/scar removal, make-up enhancement, and sometimes we can we do face swapping.

  4. What is a proof gallery?

    • It’s an online gallery where you will view and pick your photos. The photos you see in the proof gallery are unedited to lightly edited photos at a low-resolution size. These photos will be watermarked.

  5. Will my final photos have watermark?

    • No.

  6. How will I get the final photos?

    • You will receive an email with a link to an online gallery to view and download your images.

  7. When will I get the proof gallery and the final photos?

    • You will receive the proofing gallery within 5 business days. The final photos will be delivered within 7~10 business days after you’ve submitted your selection of photos.

  8. What do you mean by high-res and low-res?

    • High-res is high resolution JPEG at 3000px on the long edge. It is print-ready for prints up to 8” x 10”.

    • Low-res is low resolution JPEG at 1920px on the long edge. It is good for web and social media uses and not ideal for prints.

  9. What are your payment methods?

    • Etransfer to payment@modernromance.ca

  10. Can I take photos with shoes?

    • You are welcome to bring clean shoes to the session.

  11. What happens if I am late?

    • Late arrival will result in a shorter session or an automatic cancellation without rescheduling and no refund given.

Terms & Policies

  • Pricing is subject to change without notice.

  • Full payment is required to secure the booking and is non-refundable. Etransfer to payment@modernromance.ca upon booking an appointment. Your appointment will be cancelled automatically if the full payment isn’t received within 1 hour of booking.

  • Session will take place in Richmond (address to be provided once the booking is secured).

  • No cellphone or camera photography / videography allowed in the studio. Please refrain from taking any photos or videos when inside.

  • Please be on time. Late arrival will result in a shorter session or an automatic cancellation without rescheduling.

  • This is a one-day event so there’s no rescheduling available.

  • No-shows are considered forfeiting your session and NO refund or credit will be given.

More information

  • Free street parking available.

  • No guests, family members, or friends are allowed besides the participants.

  • Children under 4 months old are not suitable for our mini session.

  • Well-trained dogs/pets are welcome. We kindly ask you not to bring your dog(s) to the session if you cannot control your dogs/pets.

ABOUT COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

  • Sanitization will be done between sessions.

  • We are fully vaccinated and will be wearing masks during your session.

  • No outside shoes allowed in the house. We kindly ask you to wipe your fur-baby’s paws as well.
