2021 CHRISTMAS MINI SESSIONS

We are bringing 2 sets back to Dec 14th, 2021 Tuesday by popular demand - Winter Wonderland & Snowy Woods.
What’s even better? The Winter Wonderland has 2 looks: Day Time & Night Time!

All the packages include the following:

* You get to use the 2 themes we’ve created (1 family set & 1 kids/pets set) and the props we’ve prepared.
* You will receive a proofing gallery to select your favourite images within 5 business days after the session. Final images will be ready in 7~10 business days after you’ve submitted your selection.
* Final images will be high-res JPEGs (3000px long edge).
* Digital delivery via a downloadable online gallery.
* Online gallery to download, view, and share will be available for 4 weeks.

About payments:

* Non-refundable full payment is required to secure the time slot.
* Applicable taxes will apply.
* We accept e-transfer only. Send payment to payment@modernromance.ca within 1 hour after your’ve made an appointment, otherwise your appointment request will be cancelled automatically.

About your booking:

* Each session allows 1 family. Different families must book separately.
* Please be on time. Late arrival will result in a shorter session or an automatic cancellation without rescheduling.
* Rescheduling is not accepted and amount paid is not valid for credit for other sessions.
* No-shows are considered forfeiting your session. No refund or credit will be given.
* Session and pick-up (if applicable) will be at 1338 W 6th Ave Vancouver.
* Free & paid street parking as well as free parking in our parkade (limited spots).
* Maximum 5 participants (2 adults and 3 children/pets).
* Please note - no guests, family members, or friends are allowed besides the participants.
* Children under 4 months old aren’t suitable for our mini session.
* Well-trained dogs/pets are welcome. We kindly ask you not to bring your dog(s) to the session if you cannot control your dog.
* If you have large dog(s), please email us first before booking a session.

About the digital edits:

* Retouching includes, when applicable, skin retouching, blemishes/scar removal, teeth whitening, slimming/reshaping, etc.
* Each edit includes colour correction, image enhancement, and polishing.

About COVID rules:

* Sanitization will be done between sessions.
* We are fully vaccinated and will be wearing masks during your session.
* No outside shoes allowed on the area rugs please. We kindly ask you to wipe your fur-baby’s paws as well.

A minimal waste story behind our Christmas sets: As a team that tries to be minimal waste and live by the principle of avoid buying new, we are proud to say that 99.9% of our themed sets are collected from thrifting online (Facebook Marketplace is great) and in shops (Value Village and Salvation Army are awesome). Almost all of the decorations, Christmas items, houseware and furniture were collected from all over the places between Squamish to Langley and even a couple things from Nanaimo when we visited the island. We hope you will enjoy and like what we've created as much as we do (and don’t worry, we’ve sanitized them).
