Surprise Proposal with Sky Helicopter 

Andrew is a great friend of ours whom we met at one of the weddings we worked together several years ago. We were doing videography for Angie + Clement’s wedding and Andrew was their photo booth rock star (he’s got an amazing photo booth, Goldfish Media, that you can rent for your event).

Fast forward a few years later, we got this message from Andrew asking if we do photography and videography for surprise proposals with helicopter and snow involved. We were like “heck yeah”! He told us his master plan and the backstory he came up with so he could get Maria to take a day off from work on this particular day. This “prize” was a free mountain-top helicopter ride, how could Maria say no? The day was beautiful, lovely sunlight shining, and no rain (we know right?). and simply the perfect day for a snowy mountain-top surprise proposal!

Maria was waiting in the lounge area at Sky Helicopters, we managed to sneak a shot of her right before the ride.

Maria had no idea what’s waiting for her on the mountain top. One of the sweetest and most memorable moments to come!

Maria thought they were taking photos on the mountain top, trying to enjoy this “prize” that Andrew won. Little did she know, it was a much better surprise than this “helicopter tour prize”. Shortly after this shot, Andrew went down on one knee with a beautiful custom design engagement ring and asked “Will you marry me?”.

Sky Helicopter prepared champagne for this celebratory occasion, such a thoughtful and sweet touch.
