You may want the booth to be available from 6:00PM to 7:00PM during cocktail hour and open again from 9:00PM to 10:00PM during the dance. In this scenario, you you need idle time from 7:00PM to 9:00PM, which is 2 idle hours. There is extra charge for idle time.

E-mail those to hello@modernromance.ca as soon as possible so we can have the design ready in time. Such information/materials need to be e-mailed at least 1 week in advance. If we don't receive any graphics/words request from you, we will put together a nice design for you. Either way, your booth will be a fun entertainment at your events.
